VMBC is employed by the largest and most prestigious corporations in the retail, financial, and technical service industries who wish to notify their opted-in customers of upcoming events, special announcements, and important alerts. VMBC may use standard or premium rate SMS services for these notifications and the user is always given the option to opt-out of the service with every message.

For help with VMBC’s vText SMS service, text HELP to 242424, email us at support@vmbc.com, or call 877-820-2959. To opt-in to VMBC’s vText service, you may use the same information as above. 

To opt-out of any VMBC service an end user may send a text message containing “STOP”, “STOP ALL”, “END”, “QUIT”, “CANCEL”, or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to short code 242424.

Standard messaging charges apply for the vText service.  Consult with your carrier for information about how your plan is billed for SMS usage.

The following carriers are supported by the program:  AT&T, Alltel, Boost, Cellular One, Cellular South, Cin Bell, Cricket, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, Virgin.
